Abstract/Description
An interview with Barbara Lomax Dawson (1928-), a former resident of Roxbury, community activist, and former Secretary and Board Member of Freedom House. Lomax describes the changes in her neighborhood and her involvement with local community organizations, like Freedom House and Community Change. This interview was collected as part of Northeastern University's Lower Roxbury Black History Project (2007-2009).
